Product Development
BRS prides itself on its extensive expertise in product development. The design team employs advanced techniques to optimize the product’s value while minimizing costs. They utilize 2D, 3D, and CAE analysis to refine designs, ensuring that the custom steel wheels are not only functional but also cost-effective.
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing takes place in BRS’s state-of-the-art facility, which spans over 100,000 square meters and houses multiple rim and disc production lines as well as two fully automated electric painting lines. With an annual production capacity of 4 million sets, the company maintains stringent quality control measures at every production stage through an in-house QC team. The factory adheres to the IATF 16949 quality management system, which underscores its commitment to excellence.
Inspection and Delivery
Once manufacturing is complete, BRS conducts thorough inspections of finished products. Quality checks can be performed by their QC team or through third-party inspectors if preferred by the client. After passing inspection, products are carefully packaged according to customer specifications to ensure safe delivery.
After-sales Service

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Now we own more than 200 workers, own many rim &disc production lines, and 2 full-automatic electric coated painting lines, and we have our own wheel testing lab. Annually production capacity reaches to 4 million sets. More than 10 professional technicians major in 2D,3D and CAE analysis and developing.
